Parul is a branding & communication design specialist with over 16 years of industry experience. An alumnus of IIT Kanpur, her areas of expertise are Brand Language Creation, Product & Service Communication and Visual Design. She facilitates brand building, visual thinking and mindfulness workshops for organisations and institutions to help participants leverage design better in their work and life.
She has worked as Design Director at Dentsu India and has led a team of Japanese and Indian designers and architects. She has crafted brand experiences for Toyota, Maruti Suzuki, Canon, Sharp, Toshiba, Olympus, DLF, Carrefour, IBEF & Artd’inox.
Sourav Dutta
CREATIVE PARTNER
With two decades of industry experience, Sourav's expertise lies in designing Product and Service Experiences, Data Visualization and Usability. An alumnus of IIT Kanpur, Sourav's design practice is rooted in incorporating principles of yoga for a holistic approach to design.
Previously as Senior UX Designer at Philips, he crafted experiences for medical technologies such as ECG, MRI, CT, Cathlab, X-ray and Telehealth. As an Associate Design Director at Dentsu, Sourav contributed to crafting brand experiences for clients such as Toyota, Canon, Maruti Suzuki, Olympus, DLF and others.
Vijaya Pandey
PEOPLE PARTNER
Vijaya is a globe-trotter and writer with an amazing knowledge about people and places. As a management graduate, she has worked in varied managerial roles in banking sector with her last stint being at Kotak Mahindra.
Though her expertise lies in finance and banking sector, Vijaya is passionate about promoting awareness on disability and has worked extensively as content creator for non-profit organizations.
